Start strong is built for people who want to feel fitter, learn the basics of training, and discover what they’re capable of. With guidance, encouragement, and structure that meets you where you are. It’s a partnership built on curiosity, patience, and progress, one step at a time.
This isn’t about chasing podiums or perfect numbers, it’s about learning what your body can do, enjoying the process, and building confidence from the ground up. It’s a partnership built on trust and consistency, but most importantly, through the joy of becoming a better version of yourself, day by day.
What You Can Expect from Me
Support and understanding
You’ll never be expected to know everything, that’s my job. I’ll help you make sense of training, recovery, and how to balance it all with everyday life. Every question is welcome.
Clarity and communication
I’ll explain what each session means, what to focus on, and how it fits into the bigger picture. You’ll always know why you’re doing something, not just what to do.
Adaptable planning
Your training will fit around you, your work, family, life, and energy. If something changes, we’ll adjust together. Flexibility is part of the process.
Encouragement, not pressure
We’ll celebrate progress and work through challenges without judgement. My goal is to help you build confidence, not anxiety, around exercise and training.
A coach who shows up
I’ll check in regularly, give feedback, and keep you moving forward. Whether that’s a quick message, a chat after your first big week, or a bit of guidance before your first event, you’ll have genuine support from start to finish.
