Perform

from £175 p/mth

This isn’t just a training plan - it’s a shared commitment

Perform is built for athletes who take their sport seriously, and for a coach who does the same. The goal is simple, to build trust, consistency, and performance through genuine partnership.

Perform is for athletes ready to take themselves seriously, and for a coach who will match that energy, care, and intent every step of the way. However, it’s always more than results. It’s about progress you can feel, confidence you can build on, and a partnership that grows with time.

What You Can Expect from Me

Commitment and presence
I’ll be in your corner fully, not just analysing numbers from afar. You can expect honest feedback, regular communication, and genuine investment in your journey. That means turning up where it matters, at the occasional race, for a coffee and catch-up, or joining a social spin to keep things grounded in real life, not just data.

Structure and purpose
Every session you receive will have intent behind it. We’ll use data and experience to make your training smart, efficient, and personal to you. You’ll always understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, and how it fits into the bigger picture.

Adaptability
Life doesn’t always move in straight lines. I’ll work with what you have, the equipment, time, and environment available, and we’ll build performance around your reality. The plan evolves as you do.

Accountability, not pressure
I’ll hold you to a high standard, but not an unrealistic one. Progress is built through consistency, not perfection. I’ll help you manage both the highs and the setbacks with perspective and honesty.

A human approach
This is coaching that values connection as much as performance. I’ll always aim to understand the person behind the athlete, your motivations, your challenges, and the rhythms of your life, because that’s what shapes true performance.

What I Expect from You

Commitment to the process
You don’t need to be perfect, just consistent and open. Show up, communicate, and give each phase of training your best effort.

Communication and honesty
Share feedback. Tell me when you’re tired, stressed, or things feel off. The more I know about you and your life stresses, the better I can coach. This is a two-way process.

Trust in the plan
There will be moments when progress feels slow or uncertain, that’s part of the journey. Trust the structure and the science that guide it and stay engaged even when motivation dips.

Respect for balance
Performance isn’t about constant intensity. Recovery, rest, and overall perspective matter just as much as hard work. Respecting that life balance will help you reach your best in a sustainable way.

Ownership
This is your journey. I’ll guide, support, and challenge you, but the real progress happens through your consistency and intent.

How We’ll Work Together: in context

  • Regular communication: through Training Peaks comments, WhatsApp, voice notes, or calls, whatever works best for you – it’s a collaborative process, and we’ll build something that feels natural and sustainable together.

  • Ongoing feedback (data analysis): detailed analysis of sessions, races, and progress metrics through WK05. This will build around key races and sessions where the extra support is needed, but we won’t over complicate when things are flowing well.

  • Training Structure: sessions will be planned and tracked on Training Peaks – it’s easy to follow and athletes are predominantly familiar with the platform (if you’re not, don’t worry, we’ll work together to get you up to speed).

  • Goal alignment: we’ll review objectives regularly and keep training relevant to your targets, it’s always on your terms. If your goals change, mine adapt with you.

  • On-the-ground support: where possible, I’ll join a race, training day, or social ride, not as a requirement, but because being there helps me coach better.

  • A shared journey: this isn’t just coaching; its collaboration built on mutual respect and commitment.

In Short

If you’re ready for top-level support, send me a message with your background, targets, and what you feel you need from a coach. The more clear you are about what you want as an athlete, whether that’s performance gains, accountability, structure, or guidance, the better I can shape the support around you.

If you’ve never had a coaching relationship that’s truly worked for you, say that too; we can figure out what you respond to and what you want to learn from the process. I’ll come back with a tailored outline and a price that reflects the time and attention needed to help you perform at your best.

Sam Coleman

“Working with Harry over the last three years has elevated every part of my performance, both on and off the bike. Together, we’ve tackled my weaknesses and built on my strengths. Like any coaching relationship in sport, there have been plenty of highs and lows, and having a coach who knows how to support you after tough races or disappointing performances has been invaluable.

Our communication is always open, consistent, and adaptable, which has kept everything running smoothly, especially when life gets busy off the bike. Having a clear, structured plan in front of me has helped me grow massively as a cyclist, and without that direction, I wouldn’t have reached the level I achieved this year.”

Kieran Riley

“Harrison’s expertise in physiology, combined with his understanding of the human side of performance, has helped me continually improve and consistently perform at my best.

His flexibility in adapting my training to an ever-changing race calendar has been vital in keeping me prepared for whatever comes next, and it’s played a huge role in achieving some of my best results and power numbers to date.”
